Become a Friend of the GTM Reserve and support education, research, and stewardship.

The Friends of the GTM Reserve is a private non-profit citizen support organization established to support and enhance environmental education, stewardship of natural and cultural resources, and scientific research through volunteer initiatives, citizen involvement, and community partnerships.

What do we do?

Our Friends give their time and treasure to the GTM Research Reserve. We assist with special work projects and participate in fun events and field trips at the Reserve. We promote events to focus attention on the GTM Research Reserve and its special character. We raise money through membership and sponsorship and those dollars fund the important and vital work done at the GTM Research Reserve. We fund special projects, education, research, and stewardship programs. We also apply for special grants to continue the great work that protects the watershed and ecosystems within the reserve. We raise awareness in our community by serving as champions for the Reserve by talking about its value and importance with our friends, colleagues, family, and associates.

We love the GTM Research Reserve. If you love it, too, we invite you to become a Friend of the GTM Reserve today!
